James Farold Thompson

James “Jim” Farold Thompson “Big T” born October 19, 1957 to Floyd and Jennie Thompson in Casper, WY passed away Friday morning in his home surrounded by his wife and two daughters. Jim graduated from high school in 1976 from Worland High School. Jim married the love of his life in 1980 and they became a family of four. Jim’s greatest hobbies were camping, fly fishing, shooting, and being with his family. He also enjoyed playing his bass and a good nascar race. Jim was proud of his daughters, sons, and grandson for their military service. 

He is preceded in death by his father Floyd and in laws John W. and Agnes August.

Jim is survived by his mother Jennie; his wife Sandra; his daughters; Rozy (Kevan), Sady (Joe); two beautiful grandchildren Hunter and Joely; and twin sister Janet.

There will be no formal service and cremation will take place per his wishes. Donations in Jim’s name can be made to the Hot Springs county chapter “Hunting for Heroes.”

Arrangements have been entrusted to Veile Mortuary.
