Helen Evelyn (Dierks) Lenz went to be in the arms of her loving Lord on Monday, July 18, 2022.

She was born to Helen (Wersing) Dierks and Carl F. Dierks on March 15, 1926, in Goodrich, CO. Helen moved with her family to a homestead near Kinnear, WY in 1932. She attended school at Morton, WY. On January 25, 1948, she married Howard Lenz. They moved to Thermopolis, WY to make their home.

Helen Evelyn is survived by her daughter, Peggy Sanders of Massachusetts, her sons Carl W. Lenz and George H. Lenz both of Worland, WY, four grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Her sister Dorothy Schmunck of Idaho, brothers Larry Dierks of Riverton, WY, Dean (Ann) Dierks of California. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Howard, brother Herbert Dierks, Sisters Gladys Corkill, Alice Sproule, and Myrna Williams.

No services are planned. A private family memorial will take place at a later date. Memorials may be made to: St. Paul Lutheran Church, 288 U.S. Highway 20 South, Thermopolis, WY 82443. Cremation arrangements have been entrusted to Veile Mortuary.
