Andrew (Pat) Neville Obituary

A graveside service will be held for Andrew (Pat) Neville on Wednesday, June 16 at 1:30 PM at the Riverview Cemetery in Worland.

Pat passed away at his home in Rochester, Minnesota on May 16, 2020 from long lasting effects of Agent Orange which he was exposed to while serving his country in Vietnam.

He was born on March 17, 1943 to Sarah and Andrew D. Neville. After graduating in 1961 from Washakie County H.S., he attended Casper Junior College then graduated with a BS from Winona University in Minnesota. He also attained a Master’s degree and Administrative degree from Winona University.

In 1971, he married Deborah Lee (Debi) Kraft and they made their home in Spring Valley, Minnesota. Pat taught Art K-12, Social Studies and Photography in Spring Valley for 32 years, retiring in 2000.

During his time in Spring Valley, he served as advisor for many school activities and on numerous boards for local, county and regional organizations. He co-founded a Youth Center, Brave Community Theatre, and Alternative School. He and Debi had a photography business for over 30 years.

After retirement, they moved to Rochester. There he became a licensed Real Estate Appraiser, home builder and NRA Certified gun training instructor. Pat was a member of the VFW, Vietnam Veterans of America, and The Legion.

Pat had many creative activities, loved picnics, flying kites, reading, learning and collecting. He never lost his wry sense of humor, his passion for taking pictures or finding a good restaurant. Spending time with his kids and grandkids was a highlight of his life. Sharing time and talents with others brought him great joy. His love of the mountains and his home State never waned.

Pat is survived by his wife Debi, daughter Mariah Karina Mihm and her son, Landon Patrick Mihm, of Rochester, his son Andrew (Drew) Patrick Lawrence Neville and his children Aiden Andrew and Adeline Lee Neville of Milwaukee, WI., his sister Penney Case of Park Rapids, MN, brother Mike of Cleveland, TX and sister Vivian Currington of Hardin, MT, and many extended family members.

Preceding him in death were his father Andrew D. Neville, mother Sarah (Beall) Neville Bolles, and grandparents. Memorials are suggested to the VFW or charity of your choice.

Guests are invited to a reception following the service at Veile Mortuary, Worland.
